Opened in August 2002, the Siete Islas hotel is a new building in the centre of Madrid. The hotel has a theme which is dedicated to the Canary Islands. Each floor corresponds with one of the islands, and each room is named after a village on each Island. The hall is also decorated with the volcanoes stones from the Canaries which creates a special ambience throughout the hotel. Only 200 metres from the infamous Preciados Street and 400 metres from the Puerta del Sol, this hotel is an ideal base to explore the city.
