08/03,pmb - Villa Teresa is an attractive detached villa situated just a 20 minute drive from the airport and about midway between Torreblanca and the village of Mijas where you will find a selection of bars, shops and restaurants.
The villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in three well appointed twin bedrooms with one bathroom and a guests cloakroom. A well furnished lounge has a fireplace and satellite t.v., a dining area and a quite spacious conservatory from where you will have excellent views of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is well equipped and has a microwave, gas hob and fridge freezer. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and an additional fridge freezer.
The paved terrace surrounds a freeform swimming pool and there are pleasant gardens, wonderful views, private parking and a garage.
