A privately owned villa in grounds of some 5000 sqare metres planted with olives, orange, lemon and avocado trees, an enviable setting offering some fantastic views. Villa Metumela is 10km from Frigliana, 3km by road and 2.5km 'off road' in an area with many similar properties but the nearest shops and restaurants are a 15 minute drive so a car is essential.
This villa has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine and iron. The lounge/dining room has two settees, dining table & chairs and it is anticipated that satellite TV will be installed prior to the main summer season. There are two twin bedrooms and one double, one bathroom and an extra bed is available at a supplement. Outside there are extensive terraces surrounding the pool which measures 8m x 4m. Garded furniture and BBQ are provided.
Cleaning, new towels and linen are provided prior to arrival and once each week.
