This newly constructed impressive villa stands in private grounds of 1000sq. metres, planted with flowers, shrubs and trees. Conveniently situated in a rural position it is only a 5 minute drive from the main resort of puerto del Carmen, providing the ideal base from which to explore the island while still enjoying the resort centre close by. The villa has wonderful views out to sea and to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. The villa has ample parking space.
The villa consists of four bedrooms, 1 twin and 3 double bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms (two of which are en-suite). The large fitted kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, full oven, four electric hobs and fridge/freezer and holds a small breakfast table. The large dining room (for 8 pax) leads off the kitchen. there is access through to a very pretty interior garden/patio, and also through to the comfortable lounge which is fully furnished and has television and video.
