Apartment of about 50 sq.m., recently restored , situated on the second floor of an elegant and ancient Venetian Palace, in a very quite area. S. Mark's Square and the famous Riva degli Schiavoni are only few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
The palace has a big entrance door and an imposing hall with very high ceilings and a wonderful stained glass windows, and white marble stairs which leads you at the second floor. The apartment opens directly to a sunny and wide living-room furnished with a table with three chairs, a two seats leather sofa and a single two seats sofa-bed, two night tables and a small furniture with T.V.
The living-room is divided from the double bedroom by a wall partition. The bedroom consists in a queen size bed, night tables and abat-jours.
