Aristocratic apartment of 220 sq. m. located on the fourth and last floor (private lift) of a glamorous Venetian palace. The palace is located in the neighbourhood of S. Marco, near the vaporetto stop of S. Samuele and near Palazzo Grassi. In only two minutes one can walk to the Accademia bridge.
The apartment is arranged on two floors and consists of many elegantly-furnished rooms with antique paintings, precious pieces of furniture and of china, besides many “relics” of the noble family who owns the palace.
The floors are all parquet except those of the entrance hall, of the corridor and of the green double bedroom which are moquette-covered. The living area consists of a dining-room which is furnished with a large table with eight chairs and two cupboards full of china and of pieces of Murano glass; near it is the living-room, complete with sofa, armchairs, eighteenth-century pieces of furniture and TV. These two rooms have French windows which lead to a balcony.
