Very sunny apartment of 100 sq. metres located on the first floor of an ancient building situated in the neighbourhood of S. Polo, adjacent to the ancient School of S. Rocco and the Basilica of Frari. It is at five minutes walking distance both from the vaporetto stop of S. Tomà and from the railway station and Piazzale Roma.
From the ample entrance with Venetian floor, furnished with two antique upholstered chairs and an antique two-doors wardrobe, one enters the sleeping area on the right and the living area on the left. The living area consists of an ample, sunny living-room – with nice view on the fondamenta Rio della Frescada and with parquet floor – which contains also a kitchenette (with Venetian floor, as the rest of the apartment) complete of big fridge with freezer, traditional oven, four gas hobs, fan, iron and ironing cloth. The big, rectangular, crystal-topped dining-table in the middle of the room ideally divides the kitchen from the living-room.
