Sunny apartment situated few metres from the S.Giovanni e Paolo’s Church and from its square, where you can find the typical small bar called ‘bacari’ and the ‘cichetteria’. You can easily reach in 5 minutes the Fondamenta Nuove, from where you can take a public boat and visit the Murano Island, which is famous for the excellent production of glasses.
The apartment is located at the third floor and is a typical Venetian structure with an independent entrance. At the end of the stairs you enter directly in the living-room and kitchenette. The living room is furnished with a double seat sofa and an arm chair, there is a red drawer chest with a small stereo and telephone , a round table with four chairs, several modern art paintings hang on the walls, the ceiling is made of wooden-beams and there is Veneto Cotto floor.
