Lovely and elegant mansard apartment (high ceilings) located in a glamorous Venetian palace situated a few steps away from the Grand Canal, near S. Samuele, in the neighbourhood of S. Marco. At two minutes walking distance there is Palazzo Grassi, the Accademia bridge and the beautiful Campo S. Stefano, renowned meeting point; at ten minutes walking distance there are Piazza S. Marco and Rialto bridge.
The apartment is about 110 sq. metres and is located on the fourth and last floor (private lift). It is air conditioned. On the right side of the entrance there is the sleeping area, while on the left one enters a beautiful living/dining room whose antique furniture consists of a sofa, some armchairs, a library, some eighteenth-century consoles, a bureau, a dining table with four chairs, TV and stereo.
