Elegant apartment of about 110 sq. metres located on the third floor (private lift) of ancient Venetian palace situated in the neighbourhood of S. Marco (vaporetto stop: S. Samuele), near Palazzo Grassi and Campo S. Stefano. In only two minutes one can walk to the evocative Accademia bridge, from where one can admire the beautiful Basilica della Salute, and in ten minutes one can walk to both Piazza S. Marco and Rialto bridge.
The entrance leads to a large, very sunny salon which is used both as a living- and as a dining-room. It is furnished with a three-seat sofa, armchairs, antique chairs and consoles, paintings and a big extensible dining-table for eight persons.
