Elegant apartment of about 120 sq. metres situated on the second and third floor of a completely restored Venetian building located near the vaporetto stop of S. Marcuola, a few steps from Strada Nova, heart of the characteristic neighbourhood of Cannaregio. Here you can find all kinds of shops and an everyday fruit and vegetables market.
The apartment is on two storeys (plus a little mansard): downstairs is the living area, an ample room of about 45 sq. metres, Venetian floor, which includes a living-room and an American kitchen. The kitchen is provided with traditional oven, three gas hobs plus an electric one, fan, fridge with little freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee-maker, blender and electric lemon-squeezer.
