Sunny apartment of about 70 sq. metres, situated on the first floor of a building in the neighbourhood of Castello, only few minutes from Arsenale boat stop and 10 minutes walking distance from St. Mark’s Square.
The apartment is located in a central place but also in a quiet zone. The dining room is comfortable, with parquet flooring. Interior decorations consist of a round table with 6 chairs, three-seater sofa, a cabinet in antique style, a small table with television.
The kitchen is complete with every comfort, four-burner stove with an overhead ventilator, a big fridge and freezer and a wide cupboard. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a single and a double. The first with a very a big mirror wardrobe with 6 doors and a dressing table with mirror. The other room is not very large, but comfortable, with a bunk bed and a writing desk. The bathroom, with white tiled floor, has a shower, bathroom furniture, and a mirror.
