Elegant apartment of about 70 sq. metres, recently restored, located on the ground floor of a nice Venetian palace situated near the Arsenale, in a very quiet area, from which one can reach Piazza S. Marco in less than ten minutes on foot.
The palace has a wide entrance door located right on the Erizzo bridge and a huge entrance hall with classic red and white marble, six-metres-high ceilings and private boat landing.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, first door on the left. Once you enter, you find yourself in a small entrance furnished with a small round table and two antique upholstered chairs; on the left there is a small living-room complete of a sofa bed (two single beds), an armchair, a small table with a lamp, two wooden wardrobes containing the linen and two clothes-hangers. On the right there is a small closet with washing machine and floor polisher.
