Nice apartment of about 95sq.metres situated in a quite and typical area in the sestiere of Castello, at only five minutes walking distance from Arsenale.
The apartment is located at the ground floor (mezzanine), you enter through two doors and it has been just renovated. The main entrance opens in a corridor where there are the general light, water and gas meters; on the right side you enter through the second door that leads directly in a wide living/dining room with beam ceiling and “cotto” tile pavement.
The apartment is furnished with very nice furniture and with modern style. The day area consists in a table (can be extend) with four chairs, a T.V.cabinet with television and remote control, entry phone. On the left side you find the kitchen furnished with sink, four gas hobs, fan, refrigerator and freezer and an electric oven. From this room you can enter directly in a private court through a French-window.
