A newly renovated 100 sq. m. apartment very close to the basilica dei SS. Giovanni e Paolo only 2 minutes from the water boat stop of Fondamente Nove.
The flat is on the first floor with a separate entrance hall and is opened with a wooden staircase with a white iron handrail. The cooking area has a modern style and is varnished in white with an oven, oven rings, washing machine, a large freezer and refrigerator.
The living room is very spacious and comfortable and has a parquet floor; it has 2 very comfortable black leather sofas, an antique rectangular table in solid wood with 6 chairs, 1 low table and a book case. The room is illuminated by a three glass window which looks on a beautiful terrace facing the canale dei SS Giovanni and Paolo.
The two bedrooms have 2 large wardrobes, 2 bedside tables with abatjour, and windows dressed with white and red curtains which face the calle/corte del Caffetier. The apartment has a very elegant bathroom which has a parquet floor and black toilet
