Sunny mansard apartment of 45 square metres, completely restored at the end of 1998, located on the fourth floor without a lift, situated between Campo S. Marina and Campo S. Bartolomio, at five minutes walking distance from Rialto bridge and at ten minutes from Piazza S. Marco.
From the entrance door you enter directly into an ample room including a kitchenette (provided with dish-washer, washing machine, fridge, four gas hobs with fan and toaster) and a living-room with two-doors wardrobe, a nice wicker sofa bed (double bed), a chest of drawers with television and remote controller, bamboo furniture and a dining-table with four chairs.
Through the open staircase with a rope handrail (which gives a boat-like touch) you enter a loft which houses, under the sloping roof, a double bed with night-tables, two mirrors and bamboo furniture. The window looks upon a characteristic panorama of roofs among which detaches itself the S. Marco bell-tower.
