Well-lit apartment of 140 sq. m. situated on the second and third floor of a Venetian building, private entrance, located in the neighbourhood of S. Croce, at five minutes from Rialto.
The area on the ground floor consists of a large laundry/storage room, private boat landing and an ample hall with marble floors and stairs that lead upstairs. The second floor consists of: living/dining room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom and a big closet. On the third floor there is a small bathroom and a bedroom.
The ample living/dining room of about 25 sq. metres, is furnished with a big cupboard/library (with TV and remote control), a round dining table and two armchairs; it has Venetian floors and a characteristic view on a canal. The kitchen is provided with a fridge with freezer, a traditional oven, four gas hobs with fan, a washing machine and a dumbwaiter.
The three bedrooms have two single beds each (easily transformable into doubles) and parquet floors. The first bedroom is 12 sq.
